- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Trying to use thier app but it will not work! Went into rockland branch today and they couldnt get it to work and said they would call with a reset pin. They called after they closed and said they emailed it. Never got any email and we called them back instantly and they dont answer. Why wait 30 minutes to call? After they knew they were closed. Not impressed with customer service at this point. And why offer an app if it never functions.By Frank Finson, December 09, 2016
